1. Returns
- Due to the nature of food products, we accept returns only in case of:
- Damaged or defective items
- Wrong product delivered
- Items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
2. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed After receiving the return.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used food products.
- Products not in their original packaging.
4. Exchanges
If the product is defective or damaged, we will replace it with the same product at no additional cost.
